Well Me And My Girlfriend Had Protected Sex I Used

Well me and my girlfriend had protected sex I used a condom once done I obviously took it off and I put my underwear on to kinda get dressed and shortly after we took a shower we got in the shower and I washed my hair then I actually got out of the shower to urinate got back into the shower and continued to shower I did not directly wash my penis and or surrounding area but there was definitely soap and running water for about 10 to 15 min but before we got out of the shower me and her started to have unprotected sex for literally like 10 seconds no finish no where close to a finish just basically inside for ten seconds and my question is what is the likieness that there was still sperm and if it could have a good chance of getting her pregnant it doesn't help that I'm pretty sure by the calendar that it was her day of ovulation.
