Went To My Gynecologist For A Yearly And I Had

Went to my gynecologist for a yearly and I had blood in my urine. Took another urine test and blood showed up again. Gynecologist ruled out bladder and yeast infection. I have also had terrible lower back pain that my chiropractor can't get rid of. What could this be?
