Wet Gangrene, Diabetes, Pneumonia, Increase In Heart Size
How to cure wet gangrene , which affected the foot. This person is having diabetes, pneumonia , and the size of his heart has increased in size. He s suffering from around 1.5 months, and he s not ready to go to hospital, everyday medicinal dressing is provided, but everyday its same.

The patient you are mentioning is a Diabetic.
He has Cardiomegaly, Pneumonia and wet gangrene.
Monitoring and controlling his blood sugar is very important to contain the infection.
Insulin should the treatment of choice for his diabetes.
Hospital care is a must.
Systemic antibiotic, surgical cleaning and wound care is a must.
If not well controlled he may land up with DKA which is life threatening.
