Wetness In Ears, Swollen Ears, Dry Skin, Itching, Redness. Taken Hydrocortisone. Cause?
I have had some type of wetness in my ears for some time. It escalated to lft ear almost swollen shut. Dry skin itchy and red. Doc say it's eczema. Gave me some creams to mix 50/50 hydrocortisone 2.5 and athlete's foot cream. Today lft ear is swollen and feels like fluid is trapped inside and can't hear real good. And face is swollen, can't chew real good, painful. What is causing the problem? and will the creams take care of the cause or just the symptoms.

It seems that you might be having fungal infection in ear and now due to itching some secondary bacterial infection took place.
Consult your doctor and get your ear cleaned.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
Ok and take care.
