What Alternate Medicine Can Be Given To An Infant For Maxtra LS Nasal Drops For Relief From Breathing Trouble?

Hi,

My son is 45 days old. He is having some breathing trouble and my Paed suggested Maxtra LS Nasal drops for relief. But unfortunately that medicine seems to be out of production currently and my Paed is out of town for a week. Hence can you please suggest some alternates for the same.

You can give saline nasal drops like (nasivion s,rhine s,otrivin s) 3 to 4 times a day.
