hello i am Najibullah yousafzai from Kabul Afghanistan i had been effected for tow years with typhoid i had use deferent types of antibiotic but those worked temporary after 10 days again again attack on me would you please to direct me some information to permanently remove my this problem it will be cooperation and support thanks najibullah yousafzai wating for your reply

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Before suggesting any treatment for typhoid fever, I would suggest you to confirm presence of typhoid fever by appropriate tests.
Widal test is the standard test for enteric fever (typhoid and paratyphoid fever).
Thus, I would suggest you to get the Widal test done to confirm typhoid or paratyphoid fever.
A group of antibiotic called quinolones (e.g. ciprofloxacin 500mg OD for 5 days) is the common prescription followed in my part of the world, however, you will have to consult your physician for prescription of appropriate antibiotic.
