What Are Brown, Bean Like Objects In Urine Suggestive Of?

My father found some dark (pinky brounish) in this urine. It happens several time so far. At first the size is about 0.5 cm long in a shape like a bean. Now, it gets larger. The one he saw yesterday was about 1.5 cm long. I would appreciate very much if you can tell what they are and what he needs to do about it. Thank you very much.
