What Are Brown Vaginal Discharge And Dizziness Post Intercourse Suggestive Of?

Hello sir, I had sex wid my gf on 29 May 2016 which was 19 th day after his period date i.e her last period date was 10 May 2011 with in 24 hours she has taken unwanted 72,her next period date normally was 08 of june(after 28 days she normally has)but still she has no periods but today she found brown/black blood unlike in normal periods,what does this indiacte?also she feels dizziness?was that period or what?

Hi,

Periods irregularities may be caused for next few cycles after using emergency pills as these may cause hormonal imbalance which is needed for their therapeutic effects however implantation bleeding should be ruled out as though it's very less likely to be pregnancy but still for reassurance blood HCG levels and ultrasound pelvis may be done. If those are not possible initially, urine pregnancy test may be done. If negative reassurance may be sufficient as periods will come back to normal in next few cycles.
