Understanding your concern. As per your query lumpy rash in tongue & sore inner nose could be due to allergic reaction known as allergic dermatitis as it is occurring on your skin, tongue , nose and becoming generalized. Need not to worry. I would suggest you should gargle with a numbing solution containing Lignocaine for relief of rash on tongue and pain. Gargle with warm saline water. Avoid spicy , sharp and hot food substances. You can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen. Take nasal sprays or decongestants to prevent any congestion. It will start improving within a week but in case if the condition does not resolve consult an dermatologist first and then ENT specialist and get evaluated and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
