What Are Chances Of Conception If Unwanted72 Is Taken Within 48 Hours?
hello doctor! i am 22 and the 1st day of my period was on 13 july, 2011. my menstrual cycle is of 31 days. i got physical with my bf on 19 july, 2011 and found some smear of semen on my vulva. out of that fear, i had consumed unwanted 72 within 48 hours of that incidence. sir i wanted to know that is there any possibility of conceiving? my periods have not arrived yet due to consumption of that pill as its already 23 july today.
Your history says your last cycle is on July 13th and act was on July 19th, which means on 7th day of your cycle. Usually ovulation happens on the 14th day and you had intercourse on the safer days. The chances of pregnancy is less. Also you have taken unwanted 72 within 48 hrs. You can wait for a week to 10 days to get your periods, as the pills might've altered your regular cycle.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
