What Are Chances Of Getting Infected Through Toilet Seat?

today while I was out I used a public restroom, I put a paper protector down and sat once I sat I felt something wet and cool I stood up and realized that the protector was wet, heres my worry I sometimes get cysts on my inner thighs, they dont look like they are open , and once I got home I washed myself, can I catch something from that?
