Hi.
NOted your history of having small cluster of bumps near veins on right side of
scrotum, not a scab, irritated by heat, has discomfort, not getting bigger for the last 4 days, no sex for the last 8 months, has appointment with a Doctor.
Clear and focused photos helps a lot for on-the-spot diagnosis, weell, this appears to be a small cluster of bumps indicating
seborrhoeic dermatitis or so.
Other causes can be related to the skin conditions or development of
varicose veins in the scrotal skin.
Surely a
Dermatologist will be in a best position for a proper diagnosis.
Till then keep the skin clean with soap water wash, keep the area aerated by using loose clothes, avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Do not apply anything locally as it can change the character of the disease making it difficult for the Dermatologist to make a proper diagnosis which is most important for proper treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
