What Are Common Flu Symptoms?

Do you think I've got flu? I have been in bed all day absolutely knackered, i've got headache, nausea, tiredness, My legs ache, my back aches. I have an extremely sore throat too. I heard these are flu symptoms? If it is flu, how can i get better quickly? Thanks!

yes, in my opinion first diagnosis for these symptoms is common flu or viral pharyngitis. I would recommend you to take palliative treatment for this only. avoid using antibiotics. in palliative treatment, take anti, antihistaminic, steam inhalation, hot bath, warm water gargle. avoid cold drinks.
