General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The weakness is due to dehydration associated with diarrhea. Ask him to drink plenty of water and ORS solution to prevent dehydration.

Salter feeds must be included to correct electrolyte problems. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
