What Are Difficulty In Swallowing, Reflux And Vomiting Suggestive Of?
Yes, having trouble swallowing and now not able to keep food down, never gets all the way down my throat need to bring it up or it will come up by itself. Started this issue yesterday at lunch have not been able to keep food or tea down since. Had an upper GI two years ago difficulty swallowing told it was scar tissue in my throat. Seems to have progressed in the wrong direction

It might be a severe acid reflux. Other causes like any lump or tumor in the food pipe must be ruled out. Consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
As of now antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole can be taken for symptomatic relief.
