What Are Dry, Itchy, Red And Burning Patches On Ankles And Legs Suggestive Of?

On both legs, I have dry, itchy, red, burning patches that are starting to wrinkle. It started above my ankles and is working up both legs. It s been about 3 weeks. Behind the red patches are dark, under the skin discolorations, also in patches. The symptoms have not lessoned over time.

I really appreciate your concern, eczematous could be likely condition and it can be given try with steroid and anti-biotic and best drugs would be Beclomethasone cream and Cefdinir 300 mg oral preparation, for differential or correct diagnosis clinical observation is necessary, hope this information helps.
