General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Very likely your son is having an infection causing him to have fever, nausea, and diarrhea. Most of the time, this is due to a viral infection. It is important for him to take plenty of oral rehydration solutions to substitute lost water and electrolytes.

If he is not better with this in 1-2 days or he is any worse then he will need to see his doctor. Tests may be done in this case to rule out other infectious diseases and also he may need intravenous fluids if he is getting dehydrated.

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further assistance is needed.

Regards,
