What Are Frequent Urination, Lower Abdominal Pain And Fatigue Suggestive Of?

I am 52 years old, female. Recently I am experiencing the following symptoms: frequent urination, abdominal pain, mostly on the left lower side. I also have been very tired. I was recently on antibiotic for a suspected UTI but the culture was negative. I have very little appetite. I am a type 1 diabetic, sugars have been stable in the last few weeks. Average weight, non-smoker, non-drinker. The antibiotics made no difference.
