What Are Growing Lumps In Neck Area Suggestive Of?
I have these lumps that is growing bigger n bigger in my neck area... At times I have a hard time swallowing. The doctors say to do the surgery, I m afraid, I didn t have enough questions that was answered to my expectation n not enough knowledge to know what to do.

You inform there is hard lump at neck region. But you don't mention site of lump,consistency, color,mobile or immobile.
Before surgery procedure you can do sonography for diagnose.
If needed than biopsy can done.
Lesion is cystic than fine needle aspiration biopsy can done.
Consent a doctor and do a investigation which is needed.
