What Are Involuntary Shakes On Shoulder With Fatigue Suggestive Of?

Hi. My mother hasn t been eating well for a couple of weeks, but she is drinking water and eating very little. Yesterday she started having involuntary shaking in her shoulder on and off. She says she is very weak. There were periods of time yesterday and the day before that she was acting inappropriately, but today she seems okay as far as her mind.

Hello
Thank you for posting at HCM.

I understand what you are going through. Considering the history that you have provided, she may have developed tics, Parkinson's disease or hypothermia.

In all 3 cases, you should immediately consult a GP, and get a CT scan of the brain done.

For immediate symptomatic relief, keep her warm, Tab Neurobion forte 1-0-0 x 10 days, Tab Shelcal 1-0-0 x 10 days, IV fluids, urine, pulse and BP monitoring.

It's better to take her to ER as she will need some higher prescription drugs and running IVs to restore her health.

Wish you all good luck
