What Are Itchy Bumps On Arm With Burning Sensation Suggestive Of?
My daughter has developed itchy bumps on her arm. When she scratches them blood comes out and runs down her arm. At first I thought it was poison ivy but when we put calamine lotion on to treat it..it burns her. I am at a loss for what cuold be causing this problem. She is 18 years old.

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to eczema. I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine daily. I also suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application.
