What Are Loss Of Consciousness, Painful Shoulders And Disorientation Suggestive Of?
I skipped supper, but had a milkshake. Did housework for 2-3 hours. Took a really hot bath. Fainted when I got out. Mild pain left shoulder, small cut behind left ear, and now I can tell where my head hit. Disoriented for about two minutes. Tingling in both hands. Had diarrhea once. Feel fine now. Sitting up in bed.

I really appreciate your concern, the most probable cause of faint could be hypoglycemia else such history of syncope need to be sent for CT brain, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something else could be thought hope this information helps.
