I ve had lower ab pain today and haven t eaten, just drank water and lipton noodle soup this evening I felt what was probably letting out gas but when I went to the bathroom, I had a small amount of blood in my underwear, it was about an inch long of red.
2. A urinanalysis as well as urine culture should be asked for where . presence of WBC indicate infection and . protein,glucose may indicate disease of kidney . blood test to check kidney function and blood pressure check should be done.
3. If the cause remain unknown , then observation with repeat urinalysis is a good option and your attending doctor (preferably urologist) will recommend any further treatment or work up.
