Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Negative pregnancy tests if with valid test kits may exclude pregnancy and related complications which may give you such symptoms. With a left ovarian cyst, you may have vaginal bleeding when the cyst becomes symptomatic and this will need to be managed.Premolut-N may help you control symptoms but the cause will still need to be treated.I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for evaluation and management.
Hope this will help
Best regards
