What Are My Chances Of Pregnancy After Having Unprotected Sex?
I m 20 years old and me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex, my period isn t due for a few more days and the other night I noticed a little blood. It lasted a few hours and then stopped, tonight I noticed it again but it s not as much and it s not a flow it s just there. Could I be pregnant?
Hello there, The only way to tell if you are pregnant or not is by doing a urine pregnancy test which should be done a few days after a missed period. But in your case it seems you have not missed a period yet and this bleeding that you are having could very well be an early period. You may need a blood test to confirm so early, whether this is anywhere because of pregnancy. But I would suggest you see a gynaecologist who can examine you and suggest the necessary tests to find the reason for your bleeding. In my opinion it could be an early period. However please follow safe sex practices as in these days of sexually transmitted diseases its is better to be safe with a condom, it will also help you avoid unwanted pregnancies. Hope this helps. Take care.
