What Are Pain In Hands, Hip Joints, Thighs, Calves And Buttocks Suggestive Of?

Pain in hands, hip joints, trapezoid muscles, upper thighs, calves, buttocks. Muscle plus a few joints. Better with exercise but to start with exercise is painful. Have had for about six weeks. After having possible ingestion of mold or bacteria in tea and food. (Two weeks of diarrhea) Feel an odd tingling discomfortable and unusual in hands and legs. tenderness in palms comes and goes. Sed rate 9 a month ago and 29 a week ago. Creatinine normal. Age 77. Female. Had temporal arteritis in 2008. Good nutrition. Yoga. Walking.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
