What Are Pounding Chest, Pulsing Stomach And Nausea Suggestive Of?
Could a stomach virus start slowly? My chest has been pounding and my stomach has been pulsing and I ve been incredibly nauseous. I was potentially exposed to someone with a stomach bug, but I m not sure that s what s going on with me. Doesn t a bug come on kind of quickly?

how you come to know or suspect that youare having stomach virus. why not bacteria. get stool examined and consult gastroenterologist for examination and opinion.viral gastroentritis is alsomcalled viral flu. one get it from infected person and by ingesting contaminated food. other one will have nausea vomiting and abdominal cramps. it should not effect chest causing tachycardia. can take ECG and consult cardiologist.
