What Are Precautions And Diet For Vertigo Patient?

my mother-in-law ,age 65,wt.90,ht 5" foot, had vertigo problem from last 1 week, i want to ask can she go for slow walk.and for hoe long she has to sit on chair.doctor has told her that she should not turn her neck towards right hand side so plz. tell what are the precaution and any particular diet .

First, we should investigate what is causing the vertigo. One cause could be an ear problem, since our ears are not only for hearing but also for balance. Have your mom visit an ENT specialist to investigate the cause of her vertigo.
