What Are Pregnancy Symptoms Post Tubal Ligation Suggestive Of?
I had a tubal ligation almost 5 yrs ago my periods are always on time I m over a week late im always tired been puking after almost everything I eat for the last three days I keep having cramps but no period and sharp pains and tenderness is my breast my emotions are like a roller coaster I have not taken a test because I feel as if it s almost impossible what are the odds of me being pregnant
It is understandable to be concerned but tubal ligation rarely fails.
Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone, this hormone is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after possible conception. A test done after this time is usually accurate.
Delayed periods can be due to different possible causes such as:(1) emotional stress or illness (2) high levels of a hormone called prolactin (3) physical illness (4) abnormal levels of the thyroid hormone (5) excess physical activity (6) Polycystic ovarian syndrome (7) inadequate diet
If your period continues to give problems , you may need to see your doctor for assessment.
I hope this helps
