General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted the history of a 35 year old woman having sudden headache followed by stiffness of neck, dizziness, vomiting and so on, responds only to Combiflam medicine.
This is suggestive of one of the following:
Cervical spondilitis causing nerve pinching to cause headache and all other symptoms.
The nausea is s reflex phenomenon.
Dizziness is due to probable compression of the vertebral artery.
Other causes of headache like vascular headache and so on needs to be ruled out.
I would advice you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor for preliminary check up to decide the cause and refer you accordingly for Specialist and Investigations like color doppler for Vertebral and neck arteries like Carotids.
MRI of cervical spine and head to get the cause.
Neurologist's opinion and further management as per the cause is found.
Continue taking Combiflam when needed along with a PPI like Omeprazole and after food to avoid gastritis associated with Ibuprofen in Combiflam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
