What Are Recurring Laryngitis, Post Nasal Drip, Cough And Headache Indicative Of?

I have been experiencing some upper respiratory issues ( runny nose, laryngitis, post nasal drip and a little bit of coughing) Today my scalp hurts and at times I get a sharp pain in that area. It s only on one side of my head. My ears are starting to hurt a little bit too.

Dear sir/madam,
You are most likely suffering from severe pharyngolaryngitis (bacterial). The headache and problem in ears is due to blocked eustachian tube. It is advisable to meet a chest physician at the earliest, since a chest xray and chest auscultation is advisable. also, you shall need atleast a week long course of antibiotics along with antiallergics. These treatment decisions will need a detailed examination by a doctor. pls see one at the earliest.
