What Are Recurring Pain In Joints, Sore Throat And Fatigue Suggestive Of?

Is there such a thing as ongoing infection somewhere in the body that only responds to antibiotics for a few days, then returns full force with aching in back and shoulder, plus sore throat, tiredness, with no apparent reason, and can t be found with routine blood tests?

Hello,

It may be due to viral fever.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

You may require complete hemogram, peripheral smear for malarial parasite, dengue ns1 after physician consultation.

Keep your self hydrated.

You may require antibiotics after consultation
