What Are Recurring Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen Suggestive Of?

Hello. A couple of days ago, I started to have pain in my left lower back and left lower abdomen. I figured it was due to my monthly coming early. I had an ectopic about 10 years ago and when I inoculate from this side I usually get pain. I m actually not due for my monthly for another week a half. Yesterday and this morning, the pain is there with walking and left leg movement while laying in bed. I just hurt. Should I be worried, or link it to my monthly
