What Are Recurring Tremors In Hands And Loss Of Voice Suggestive Of?

For the past few months, I ve noticed and others have also noticed tremors of my hands. I notice it most when I am applying makeup, sewing, but it can also occur if i m just sitting still. Also, sometimes my voice goes out when I try to sing or talk........don t know if this has anything to do with the hands tho. Thanks.

You should check your thyroid levels since hypothyroidism may cause these symptosm especially tremors,but also voice changes may be affected. Second, these may be sign of certain neurologic disorders and if thyroid is fone you should see neurologist and do extensive work up.
