What Are Red, Raised Rash On Neck Spreading To Ears And Shoulders Suggestive Of?
I have a patient that I believe has an issue with the endocrine system. 55 yr old male with CP. seizure disorder. Started 7 months ago with a red, raised rash on the neck that spread to the ears and shoulders. Looked like a sun burn and weeped clear fluid. Hypoglycemic.Hypothermic. Hypotensive. All labs were within normal parameters. Ideas?

Hello,
It may be due to allergic reaction.
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Avoid sweating.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Watch for symptoms breathing problem, severe itching...
