Dear service user, Thank you for writing to healthcare magic. I understand your concern about your medications on your sleep, sexual dysfunction and weight gain. Savella (Milnacipran) and Cymbalta (duloxetine) can cause sleep disturbance and erectile dysfunction. Sleep disturbance and erectile dysfunction both are seen in depression and anxiety disorders also. I recommend to discuss this with your psychiatrist. Savella can be replaced gradually with Mirtazapine 15 mg at bedtime. It will take care of sleep also. Short time benzodiazepine gruop of medications like Lorazepam or Clonazepam can be helpful. Warm regards.
