I m seeing what I diagnosed as an allergic eczema type rash bilaterally on my 12 yo son s thighs, upper arms, anterior ankles, but now that I m examining them, the lesions do somewhat resemble scabies type lesions. He has no scabies trails between fingers, or around wrists, or any folds or hot spots that I can see. Is it more likely allergic vs scabies because of the bilateral distribution and lack of common scabies rash sites? Thanks, A Nurse practitioner mother that is horrible at derm!
