What Are Seizure Like Involuntary Shakes In Body Suggestive Of?

I was recently diagnosed with Essential Tremors. I have moments where I have seizure like experiences with my entire body involuntary shakes uncontrollably. Ive been conducting my own research and I don t see what s happening to me classified as ET. What is your take on this?

generlised tonic clonic seizure because it is generlised and involuntary movment patient is not aware of it
