What Are Severe Headache, Diarrhea, Stomach Ache And Fatigue Suggestive Of?
If I were to come to your office with the symptoms, pretty bad headache (but not a migraine), extreme diarrhea, stomach ache (when the runs start) no energy, very tired. I was recently at Myrtle Beach...left there on the 8 and all my symptoms started on the 9. Is it likely I have some kind of bacteria from the water? I did go in the Ocean once and a wave hit my face?

It does sound like infectious diarrhea and if you are having a problem retaining food you should go to the hospital and start antibiotics and fluids.
