What Are Severe Pressure Pain Around The Temples, Earache And Fever Suggestive Of?
for the past week I have been suffering with severe pressure pain in my head only in a certain area around my temple and now I have been having a ear ache at a 8-10 on a pain scale and my jaw hurts on the same side of the other sysmptoms, along with fever and loss of hearing sometimes and hallucinations which I thought might be part of the fever.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like ear infection, temporomandibular dysfunction, ear drum perforation or sometimes upper respiratory tract infection spread to ear through Eustachian tube.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take ibuprofen for pain and apply dry warm compresses on external ear. You should consult ENT specialist for proper checkup. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like gentamycin along with anti inflammatory medications. Apply wet sheets on forehead if fever keeps o persisting and avoid doing any stress related activities.
