hello Dr., i have been operated/ two stun on 25.11.2014 ,, now having eco spring gold 20 after dinner as advice by doctor, i want to know the side effects of the medicine , as i feel lot of acidity in the morning ...this because of what ... please suggest..

Hyperacidity is one of the main side effects of Ecosprin which will eventually cause heartburn.
As Ecosprin is essential for you to post your surgery, you are advised to take some acid inhibitors such as Pantoprazole. You can also talk to your doctor.
