What Are Side Effects Of Laser Treatment For Shortsightedness?

Hi doctor, I am Dany 26yrs old,I have shortsight and I am wearing glasses for 17yrs.Now I would like to do laser treatment but I am little bit nervous and afraid for doing it.Is it safe for my eyes and did I get any side effects after surgery.Did I get 100% vision after doing this surgery.My glasses power is SPH-7.50,CYL-0.50,AXIS-5°.I have ttk health insurance and did I get claim after that.Hope you will help me.Thank you.
