I have a friend that has recently noticed 3 slits on the creases of his left fingers, palm side. They line up perfectly with the creases. Two slits line up with the same crease and one slit is on another crease. He works in a kitchen at a restaurant but swears these slits have not come from anything work wise. They are equal in size and the peri wound looks macerated. He claims they have never bled or drained any type of fluid. They don t appear to be infected. He says that there is no pain but they won t seem to heal. Advise??
