hi my 7 month old son had got a bump on his leg that at first look like a mosquito bite then a couple hours later he started devloping more appromix 15-20 little bumps know on his arms 3 back 1 but 3 leg 3 in a triangle 1 about 3 inches away from those 1 at the nap of his neck
