What Are Sore Eyes And A Fuzzy Head, Symptoms For?
I have had sore eyes and a fuzzy head for nearly two months now. Have been to the doctor who thinks it's dry eyes, but my optician doesn't agree. (The drops she has given me don't seem to make any difference). He thought it might have been withdrawal from codeine, but my doctor says I wasn't taking enough for that to be the case. I am unable to wear my contact lenses. If it doesn't clear up in two weeks time the doctor is going to refer me to the Eye Hospital. I just can't understand what's causing it. I have worn lenses for 50 years with no problems.
Hello It seems from the history that you are having sore eyes and your doctor has diagnosed this as dry eyes. Since you are wearing contact lenses for last 50 years, this can be a cause for dry eye. Hence this can be dry eye only as your doctor is suspecting. The treatment is by use of artificial tears eye drops.
Thank you
