dear doctors i am very depressed , before 2 weak i intimate with a sex worker , during intimation my condom is broked. when i fell that i take my penis out from her, my penis in her for 30 to 40 sec .she is not ejaculated that time .after 2 days i suffering from cold and running nose , i take medicine for that . after that some itchy rashes on my hand and after 1 weak ago my stomach is flaming and gas problem . after 10 days i go for hiv test its come negative . on 11th day i feel weakness. dear doctor i m infected .i am very depressed ....

Hello, your activity has certainly brought some risk , but don't jump at any conclusions.Breaking of condoms during activity brings the same amount of risk as that of an unprotected sex. Single test is not conclusive and even not advised for , more so without any counselling .Counselling will give an opportunity to know HIV more with correct information and will be able to allay fear /anxiety /depression.
