hi i had a sexual encounter involving a lot of rubbing my penis against her vagina no penetration, A day latter I developed what felt like a UTI got tested neg for chlamydia , gonorrhea no signs of bacteria in my urine . No pain ,no blood , no cloudiness or discharge. is there a chance i have an STI or HIV or is this just urethritis

maintain strict hygiene
drink plenty of water
citro soda sachet once daily in glass of water
cranberry juice will also help
Avoid sexual contact
Get tested for vdrl, std
