Hello,

Constipation is an acute or chronic condition in which bowel movements occur less often than usual or consist of hard, dry stools that are painful or difficult to pass.

Bowel habits vary, but an adult who has not had a bowel movement in three days or a child who has not had a bowel movement in four days is considered constipated.

I think you may be suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome constipation variety. Take high fiber diet, do regular exercise, drink plenty of liquids. Use syrup Lactulose 30 ml at night after dinner for five days; avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
