Greetings. Thank you for your question and welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.
There is no such thing as a perfect blood pressure, rather there are standardized blood pressure figures in the worldwide population, and are as follows: systolic 100-139 mmHg and diastolic 60-89 mmHg. Also, blood pressure is a target to various physiological and psychological phenomena during a day, that cause to fluctuate in great ranges, so a one-time measuring cannot be determining of an abnormality in the human body system. However, symptoms of low blood pressure are
dizziness, loss of balance, darkening of vision,
blurred vision, near
fainting, weakness etc. As about the irregular heart beat, I do not know if this is told to you by a doctor or you have concluded yourself by merely measuring the
heart rate in your wrist (radial)
artery. I would recommend you to do an EKG and, if there is any aspect of irregularity, it should be followed by a 24-hour Holter rhythm monitor registration and proper treatment to control the rate and, hopefully, self-converting to normal
sinus rhythm, and to anticoagulate, since irregular heartbeat can cause thrombi (little clots) formation and put you in further risk to end-organ, reversible or irreversible, damage.
I hope I was helpful with my answer. Wish you a good health.
Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
