What Are Symptoms Of Potassium Deficiency?

What are symptoms of potassium deficiency? I never get enough potassium and am sweaty and my hands shake if I do any work, like cooking a meal, that used to be easy and enjoyable. I get dizzy and my legs seem oddly numb when I get up from the sofa just walk to the kitchen or bathroom.

Hi,

There are several signs of hypokalemia and the most usual are fatigue constipation and muscle spasms. However, you should do a blood test for electrolytes and see the value of the kalium.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
